- Check you’re on the correct portal URL and company account; if available, glance at the service status page for outages.
- Click “Forgot password,” enter your email, then use the link within minutes; check spam/junk, and request a new link if it’s expired.
- MFA trouble? Sync your phone’s time, try backup codes, or ask your admin/support to reset your MFA.
- Browser fixes: clear site cookies/cache, try an incognito window or another browser/device, and temporarily disable password manager autofill.
- Locked out or still stuck? Wait out any lockout period or ask an admin to unlock; contact support with your email, company name, timestamp, error message, and a screenshot.
